Just finished reading Lee Holme's Windows PowerShell Cookbook. ISBN 0596528493

Every good book.  The appendicies alone are worth having.  The main part will accelerate the learning of PowerShell and even the most expert will find something useful.

I'll be posting a full review on the user group web site & will supply a link when complete

It absolutely suitable... I would even say recommended.

Lee does a great job of approaching Powershell from a task base point of view. This lends it self to a easy, strait forward guide to learning Powershell. The other benefit is the vast resources that you gain afterwards.

I will posting a review soon as well.

Just to echo Brandon's point I would say that this book is probably the most useful in terms of the sample scripts and examples it contains.  The appendicies are stuffed full of extremely useful information

If you are wanting to learn PowerShell - this book gives you the "how to use it" examples that makes sense of the more theoretical coverage in the other books

Lee's posted a sample in the Library, here, if you'd like to see it.

I have a question about this book. Pg. 42 (1.14 Learn Aliases for Common Commands). The first step says Add the program "Get-AliasSuggestion" to your tools directory or another directory. My question is: Where can I find the tools directory. I thought it was in the "ISE" but I could be wrong. I'm a noob.

The relevant idea is that after altering your prompt function by step 2 on page 43, it needs to access this script.
By "tools folder" it probably means a folder included in your Path environment variable.  Page 57 has another reference to a "Tools directory" of that kind.
