I need help getting last logon information for my Exchange enviroment. I know I can get last logon by using get-mailboxstatistic | fl but also would like to get the AD last logon at the same time to compare. I am trying to clean up accounts and would like look at both logons before deleteing accounts

You should be careful in your environment about looking at the AD last logon. Depending on which domain controller authenticated the user, it may not give you the right information. (I am assuming that you have more than one DC in your network.)
To truly check this property, you would need to query each DC for the user object to see what the lasest date stamp is.
