adding machine name

hi there i have this script below, and i checks the space on a local drive and then returns a messege if the drive is fall (i have set it to 99% for testing) i want it to return the machine name with the error as well code is attached thanks

You can get the machine name by using
$env:computername

Are you looking to do this against multiple systems at once, or are you doing it on systems one by one?
