We are creating a St. Louis Script club. For those of you not familiar with the concept, it is sort of like a user group only with more fighting...errr...I mean participation. Here are the rules:

    1) You always talk about Script Club.
    2) You always talk about Script Club.
    3) If someone asks for help, and you can help, you help.
    4) Two people help one person at one time.
    5) One module per person per night.
    6) All scripts, all powershell.
    7) Scripts will be as short as they can be.
    8) If this is your first time at script club, you have to script.

If you are interested, feel free to contact me. Robert period Dowell using the email services so kindly provided by google. If a spam bot can parse that into an email address, then they deserve to have my address on their list. :)

I'll mention this on the podcast. Once you have a date and a number of expected attendees, let me know and I'll get you some sponsor swag, Shoot me an email with your mailing address and that info and we'll hook you up. My email address is hal@halr9000.com and Google protects me from most spam. ;)

Yeah, I use Outlook via POP3 to my GMail and still no spam. :)

Hal, what do you think the odds are of getting one of these started here in Atlanta?

Probably alright, but I don't have the time to do it or I would.

Well, there wasn't a lot of response initially and I got distracted with some other stuff since then. I may have time to have another go at getting one going soon. Feel free to shoot me an email at robert.dowell@gmail.com

I'm with PowerWF. We're located in St. Louis. Our product is a PowerShell/PowerCLI visualization tool among other things. A couple of us would be interested in being meeting participants and/or meeting sponsors if you make another go of organizing a group in St. Louis.
