The page is "Upload.aspx" and is hidden, only visible through SharePoint Designer. When looking at a list, there is a folder called Forms that hides these files. Since there are normally only 3 items on the upload page, UNC path textbox; Add as a new version checkbox, and a multi-line version comments, there is not much to gray out. But using SharePoint Designer you could make a copy of the Upload.aspx page for restoring, then make the changes. The other option is to make a new page of your own design in Designer and change the link in the specific Document Library to point to your new page instead of Upload.aspx. |
