This shows what happens when square brackets are inside code starting now blah blah[stuff inside brackets]end blahthe end.

This has the brackets inside code:
[foo]
the end.

It looks ok in the email notifications because the replacement uses the HTML entity codes. Still looks bad when viewed on the website.

I see HTML entities...

I think it's fixed - I don't see any HTML tags inside the code blocks
