I'm in the process of creating a page that will allow staff to enable mailboxes using Powershell and I am running in to an issue when running the script.
Enable-Mailbox -Identity user@domain.com -database 'server\sg\mb1' -whatif
The script works on the console on the webserver directly:
[PS] C:\>Enable-Mailbox -Identity user@domain.com -database 'server\sg\mb1' -whatif
What if: Enabling Mailbox "user@domain.com" on Database "server\sg\mb1".
It doesn't when running it on the server and it fails oddly:
Database "
server\sg\mb1
" was not found. Please make sure you have typed it correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your response. I ended up doing some App Pool tweaks and it worked.
